1. After opening the WeChat homepage, click the search box at the top.

2. It is suggested that the user then enter: Yukang code, click on the applet, and click on the Chongqing Healthy Travel One Code Pass under the applet.

3. Enter the Chongqing Health Travel One Code page, and click Self-declaration.

4. Click on the health page and report my health information.

5. Fill in the information truthfully and correctly on the page of declaring my health information, and click I have read and submitted.

6. Finally, click Generate Health Code immediately, and there will be a QR code after background processing.
