Can Fetion receive ordinary messages?

Fetion can't receive ordinary messages when the phone is turned off, but it can receive messages after it is turned on again.

1. If you don't log in to the Fetion PC client, the short messages sent by mobile, Unicom and telecom users will be sent to your mobile phone. After logging in to Fetion PC client, I can't receive short messages sent when I am offline.

2. When the service is enabled, when the mobile phone is turned on, short messages will be received on the mobile phone and on the Fetion PC.
