How to use QQ offline assistant to retrieve password

There are two methods to retrieve QQ password.

Retrieve QQ password on mobile phone

Steps to retrieve QQ login password on mobile phone:

1. Open QQ on mobile phone, and click [[ Password retrieval];

2. The pop-up option selects to retrieve the password;

3. Then enter the QQ number for which the password needs to be retrieved, and then fill in the verification code to continue;

4. According to the prompt on the screen, the prompt is the fixed format of SMS password retrieval GM+QQ number+#+new password (no plus sign is needed when writing, just this +);

5. Then turn on the SMS function of the mobile phone, start writing the SMS according to the above format and send it to the service account;

6. Wait for a while, you will receive the SMS notification later, and you will receive the SMS notification. This means that the password has been changed successfully;

7. After the change is successful, you can log in to QQ on your mobile phone again with the reset new password.

If you forget your password, you can try to appeal to retrieve it:

1. Start QQ and click the "Retrieve Password" button;

2.QQ In the security center official website window, click "Account Password" and "Verification Code" for the password type, enter it, and click the "Next" button;

3. If you remember the security question, directly retrieve the password. Verify the password and click "Retrieve Password";

4. In the password retrieval dialog box that pops up, select the password "Secret Questions" and enter three questions for the password;

< p>5. After confirmation, the password retrieval is successful, and the new password is set when setting the password;

6. If you forget to set the password security question, you can click "Account Appeal to Retrieve Password" below;

8. If you forget the above two items, you can click "Send SMS to Retrieve Password on the Security Phone";< /p>

9. Once the password verification is successful, you can set a new password.
