(III) The headquarters of counties, municipal development zones and agricultural high-tech zones in the Yellow River Delta in the province should collect the information of returnees from various enterprises, form a detailed ledger, implement control measures step by step, and do a good job in service.

Enterprises should establish an epidemic prevention and control mechanism with the main person in charge as the overall responsibility, and allow foreigners to return to their posts after implementing measures such as 14 days of isolated observation. The social tracking group of the municipal headquarters should supervise the counties, municipal development zones and agricultural high-tech zones in the Yellow River Delta, strengthen grid management and promote the implementation of various measures.
