That is, if there is no balance on the card for two consecutive months and the SMS service fee cannot be deducted immediately, the SMS service will automatically stop. In this case, you just need to deposit money again. After the bank makes up the short message fee owed in the previous period, the short message service will automatically re-enter into force without re-signing.

For example, there was no balance on the card in March, and the deduction was unsuccessful. The service stopped in April. After the account is activated, the SMS service needs to be re-signed to make up the fees owed in the previous period before the service function can be re-opened, but the "dormant" period fee does not need to be paid.

Regarding the relevant time regulations of "sleep card", ICBC stipulates that there is no balance and no transaction in the first six months after the card is opened; Agricultural Bank stipulates that there is no balance on the card for a long time, and there is no transaction for 18 months; China Construction Bank requires no transaction for more than 3 years, and the balance in the card is less than 100.
