Maoming fireworks and crackers forbidden zone

In order to strengthen the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers in Kongming, prevent serious fire accidents, and effectively protect social public safety and the safety of people's lives and property, according to the provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law, Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Management Regulations, Maoming Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Management Regulations and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of our city, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. It is forbidden to sell and set off Kongming lanterns and fireworks in the following closed areas within the urban planning area of Maoming City (see attached figure for details):

2. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited from being sold and set off within 1 km of Binhai Beishanling Oil Depot of Maoming Petrochemical Company, Phase I Oil Depot of Port Area, Jintang Gas Supply Station and Maoming CNPC Wanggang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and lanterns of Kongming lanterns are prohibited within 5 km.

Third, the municipal public security, emergency management, market supervision, urban management law enforcement, fire control and other departments will carry out joint law enforcement inspections, and severely deal with violations of the above provisions in strict accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, the People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, and the Maoming Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Management Regulations. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Four, all organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, individual industrial and commercial households and the general public should proceed from the overall situation of maintaining peace and harmony in this city, and earnestly establish public safety, modern civilization and awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, and consciously abide by this notice.

5. All units and individuals shall dissuade and report acts in violation of the provisions of this circular. Reporting telephone number 1 10 (Municipal Public Security Bureau).

Six, this notice from the date of promulgation, valid for 5 years. Notice on Prohibiting the Sale of Fireworks and Firecrackers with Fireworks in Limited Areas (Mao 1 [20265438]) shall be abolished at the same time.
