On the occasion of the Spring Festival, all the staff of F City Property Management Office extend New Year greetings to you and your family, and thank the owners for their support and cooperation in property management in the past year! In order to let the owners have a happy and peaceful Spring Festival, we specially ask you to do the following safety precautions:

1. When you go out or have a rest at night, please close the doors and windows, set the anti-theft system in a "fortified" state, and properly collect valuables; Pay attention to your own safety when you go out; If your communication method has changed, please be sure to re-register your emergency contact information and contact person in the management office, so that the property can contact you in time for emergency treatment in case of emergency or unexpected situation.

2. In order to avoid the freezing crack of the gas stove and the ground heating pipeline, the gas stove should be started when there is no one at home to keep it in a low-temperature operation state, that is, the lowest economic operation temperature (8-1 degrees). In addition, during the low-temperature operation of the wall-hung boiler, please ensure that the amount of water, electricity and gas is sufficient and visit the site regularly. If any abnormality is found, contact the property or professional manufacturer in time to avoid unnecessary losses. Owners who have installed solar energy, please pay attention to turn on the solar antifreeze device;

3. Actively cooperate with the security personnel to show the owner's license and vehicle license when entering and leaving the park; If you invite relatives and friends to F City for a holiday, please gather together without affecting the normal rest of your neighbors, and remind your visiting friends to get a Temporary Motor Vehicle Access Card when their vehicles enter the community, and please keep it properly;

Jan. 25th-Jan. 31st, April, 2**: Noisy construction is prohibited all day. Please ask the owner who is renovating to supervise the construction unit to consciously abide by the above requirements, and at the same time, the construction personnel shall strictly abide by the contents of the Decoration Management Agreement, and shall not stay in the park or do construction that violates the agreement; Don't store flammable, explosive, volatile and other items indoors to prevent fire.

5. According to the Proposal on Setting off Fireworks and Firecrackers issued by the Management Office, fireworks and firecrackers will be prohibited in the park during the holiday season, and the designated discharge locations are: outside the west gate, south gate 1 and south gate 2 of Area A, and outside the north gate and east gate of Area B;

6. According to the Notice of General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2** issued by General Office of the State Council, in order not to affect the owner's travel during the Spring Festival, the management office has specially announced the bus operation schedule as follows:

The bus runs according to the normal schedule on Saturday, January 24th, 2** and Sunday, February 1st, 2**, that is, from F City to Fuxingmen.
