Why is there no SMS reminder in mobile banking?

The opening channels are as follows: 1. Counter: Please bring your card account opening certificate and card/passbook, and go to the business outlet to open it with the withdrawal password. Mobile banking: Please log in to mobile banking, select "My All-in-One Card", click "Account Management"-"China Merchants Bank SMS Service" and follow the prompts to open it.
