2021 Han-Shi High-speed Railway Regular Tickets and Counted Tickets-User Guide
The Han-Shi High-Speed ??Railway now offers fixed-term tickets and calculated tickets, which means that it is still very cost-effective for those who often take this train, but it is recommended that you take it only occasionally. Buy your tickets, details below.
Starting from September 8, the railway department has launched "counted tickets" and "regular tickets" for all EMU trains running on the Han-Shi High-speed Railway lines, two flexible, convenient, economical and affordable options. For new ticket products, choose "counted tickets" and "regular tickets" to enjoy certain discounts on the original fares.
The stations opened this time include Hankou, Tianhe Airport, Xiaogan East, Yunmeng East, Anlu West, Suizhou South, Suixian, Zaoyang, Xiangyang East, Gucheng North, Danjiangkou, Wudang Shanxi, and Shiyan Citizens can inquire and purchase with their real names on the "Railway 12306" website or mobile APP from September 8 on the specific opening sections, product fares and other services of 13 stations including the East Railway Station. "Counted tickets" and "regular tickets" cannot be transferred or used for other purposes, and can only be used by the passenger himself. What are time-counted tickets and commuter tickets
Both time-counted tickets and commuter tickets refer to tickets that are valid for a certain period of time, limit the number of rides, and are issued to designated stations and seats. The main difference between the two is the discount, product validity period and number of rides. Passengers can purchase appropriate ticket products based on their differentiated travel needs.
Passengers who purchase "counted tickets" can take 20 trains running on the Han-Shi High-speed Railway within the 90-day validity period, and specify the destination station and designated seats when purchasing the product.
Passengers who purchase "regular tickets" can take up to 60 times within the 30-day validity period on trains running on the Han-Shi High-speed Railway and specifying the destination station and designated seats when purchasing the product.
Specific price
Selecting "counted tickets" and "regular tickets" will enjoy certain discounts on the original fares. Taking the second-class ticket from Xiangyang East to Hankou as an example, the ticket is 2320 yuan for 20 times, and the average one-time price is about 116 yuan; the price of the fixed-term ticket for 60 times is 4972 yuan, and the average one-time price is 83 Yuan or so. All times are calculated from the date of first use.
The same passenger can only purchase up to two time-count tickets or commuter tickets for the same destination at the same time, but can purchase multiple time-count tickets or commuter tickets for different destinations at the same time. Each use is limited to the destination where the purchase was made. It is not allowed to get on or off at intermediate stations or use it across stations, and it is not allowed to be used across seats. How to enter the station and use seats
After the launch of "counted tickets" and "regular tickets", passengers holding the new ticket system do not need to buy tickets again and again. They only need to swipe their ID cards to enter the station and take the train. .
During the use of Xiangyang citizens who have purchased "counted tickets" and "regular tickets", the purchaser and the passenger (need to be a 12306 user) can use the 12306 website and the "Railway 12306" mobile APP. To reserve a seat, you can also reserve a seat at the automatic ticket vending machine with the original valid ID of the passenger used when purchasing the product.
Time-counted tickets can reserve up to 4 unused seats; regular tickets can reserve up to 10 unused seats. When changing the itinerary, the reserved seat should be canceled before driving, and no fee will be charged; if the reservation is not canceled, it will be regarded as one ride.
If the cumulative number of seat reservation cancellations exceeds 5 times within 48 hours before driving for a trip-counting ticket, the number of reserved seats that can be reserved will be adjusted to 1. If the cumulative number of seat reservation cancellations for a commuter ticket exceeds 5 times within 48 hours before driving, or the cumulative number of non-rides after reserving a seat exceeds 5 times, the number of reserved seats that can be reserved will be adjusted to 1.
If a passenger holds multiple products that are suitable for the train being inspected, he must go to the manual ticket gate to select the corresponding product to check in and enter the station. Currently, time-count tickets and regular tickets do not support seat waitlist reservations. Products that have not yet enabled rides can only reserve seats within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to take the high-speed rail on a temporary basis, you can directly enter the station with a valid ID, but you cannot select a seat. After swiping your ID card to enter the station, if there are remaining tickets for the earliest train, the system will automatically match a seat number and send it to the reserved mobile phone number in the form of a text message.
Can the ticket be refunded?
If the product is not enabled for rides, the purchaser can apply for a refund through the original purchase channel. If the product is not enabled for rides within 30 days after purchase, the system will automatically issue a full refund. After reserving a seat for the first time, if the reservation is not canceled before driving, it will be regarded as one ride and the ticket will not be refunded. If a metered ticket or commuter ticket has been activated but the number of rides has not been used up, the ticket price cannot be refunded. If the product cannot be fully used due to force majeure or railway liability, the ticket purchaser and passenger (need to be a 12306 user) can apply for a refund on the 12306 website, and the refund amount will be x the original purchase price (The remaining number of rides for the product: the limited number of rides for the product), the refund will be refunded according to the original payment channel.
