I. Applicant

The document stipulates that children of high-level talents who meet one of the following three categories (Annex 2) and work in enterprises and institutions in Haishu District can enjoy the corresponding admission policy.

Second, the application procedure

1. The first-class talents and senior talents among the second-class talents need to conduct online pre-examination of talent identification in Ningbo Talent Service Reporting System (/) as required, and submit designated materials to Haishu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau offline; After the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the corresponding materials in the list of materials (Annex 3) will be brought to the relevant departments of Haishu District for the qualification identification of children of high-level talents.

If other talents meet the requirements, according to the list of qualification materials (Annex 3), fill in the Confirmation Form for Admission of Children of High-level Talents in Haishu District of Ningbo City (Annex 5), and provide corresponding materials to apply to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

3. After accepting the application, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review and confirm the talent qualification with relevant departments. Those who meet the requirements will be transferred to the district education bureau, and the district education bureau will make overall arrangements for admission.
