Can I get a refund if I have paid the deposit and the balance?

Both the down payment and the final payment can be refunded.

According to the pre-sale commodity rules, in the state that the deposit has been paid and the final payment has not been paid, it is not the seller's responsibility to support the refund of the deposit. After paying the final payment, the order can enjoy normal after-sales service. If the refund is successful, the deposit and the final payment will be returned together.

After paying the deposit, if the goods are removed from the shelf, it will not affect the final payment and subsequent delivery. If the final payment cannot be completed due to the seller's responsibility, consumers can contact the seller to negotiate a specific deposit refund plan.

Final payment rules:

1. The final payment time is subject to the final payment time displayed on the order page and Taobao Baby details page. When the final payment time is agreed, the buyer needs to pay the final payment within 3 days. If the buyer fails to pay the final payment as scheduled, it is not the seller's responsibility according to the relevant rules of Taobao. The deposit paid by the buyer will not be refunded, the order will be automatically closed and the deposit will be credited to the seller's account.

2. The advance payment must be paid within 15 minutes after the order is placed, otherwise the order will be automatically closed, and the pre-sold goods can also be returned for 7 days without reason, unless the merchant has another agreement with the buyer on the details of the baby. If the buyer is not satisfied after receiving the pre-sale goods, it can be handled through the normal return and exchange process. Buyers can pay the final payment through online payment and SMS payment.

3. Shop coupons and shop red envelopes can be used to pre-sell goods when paying advance payment, but they cannot be used in combination. You can only choose to use discounts when paying advance payment/deposit, and the system will not support the final payment. Pre-sold goods will be automatically added to the shopping cart after the down payment is completed, and the final payment will be paid and settled together with other movable goods (including pre-sale).
