Why can't Unicom campus card find information?

Unicom campus card can't find information because of poor network, which causes data delay.

Unicom Campus Card is a preferential package service specially launched by Unicom for student users. It can only be handled in the campus business hall with the designated university student ID card and my ID card. It is a special IC card (divided into contact IC and non-contact IC) or magnetic card issued by Chinese universities for the convenience of students and their own management. Campus card has a real-name registration system, which is one of the credentials for college students to verify their identity.
