How to return the flowers?

The flower bud refund method is as follows:

First, open Alipay App and click Garden Options. After entering the flower bud page, click on my bill-details. Find the consumption to be refunded on the bill page, and click to enter the details page. Click the option to contact the payee on the details page, and then enter the reason for the refund on the jumped page, waiting for the merchant to agree to the refund.
