With the new x20 Netcom, the telecom card can only make phone calls and send short messages, but can't surf the Internet. There is also a mobile card with Internet access. I tried other cards, too.

Telecom's mobile phone card needs to open data traffic network connection service to connect to the Internet with smart phones. Users can't connect to the Internet with mobile phone data traffic without turning it on.

You can access wireless and network in the phone settings-> Mobile network->; CDMA option, select CDMA/EvDo in CDMA network preference setting, and then automatically connect to 3g network when 3G signal exists.
