The first impression that advertisements give customers should be different from that of other organizations. The background of the advertisement should also be chosen. Signs such as teachers, students and bachelor hats will appear in advertisements of general training institutions. If you choose some abstract background, the effect will not be so good.

2. What do you do? This is the information that customers need to know when they know who you are. In our advertisement, we must make it clear which grade students we recruit, what courses we offer, what teachers teach, how long the class lasts and how much it costs.

3. Why choose you? This problem is the "hard injury" of most training institutions, and the first two problems are well solved. This question is the key to a good advertisement. Most training institutions will claim that teaching by famous teachers, teaching in small classes and one-on-one teaching are too conventional. Parents don't care about this anymore.

I suggest you broaden your mind. We can't turn ordinary teachers into famous teachers to deceive parents, nor can we invest a lot of money to change hardware. In fact, as we all know, as long as teachers teach with their heart, the teaching effect is similar. The only thing that can be changed is "service", remedial classes, and to put it bluntly, service.

Regarding services, our school does this:

(1) Insist on attendance: there is attendance in every class every day. As long as any student is late, send a text message to inform parents immediately. This is not only responsible for parents, but also can avoid risks. In case of an accident during students' absence from class, we only need to inform our parents, and our responsibilities will be lightened. If you don't tell us, we will take full responsibility. Don't be lazy, be sure to stick to attendance.

(2) Establish a growth file for each student. This file records the performance of students in each class, learning content, daily attendance, teacher's evaluation and so on. Wait until the counseling is over, and then show it to parents. Let parents have something real and know what their children have learned from us. Make a good impression on your parents.

(3) Make up for the shortage of teachers with good teaching plans. As everyone who does training knows, it is difficult to recruit teachers in summer vacation remedial classes, and it is even more difficult to find good teachers. So what should we do? Spend money to buy a high-quality lesson plan and let our teachers teach according to these lesson plans, and the problem of teaching quality will be solved.
