People who come (return) to the stream in high-risk areas are subject to "7-day home isolation medical observation" and "peer-to-peer" closed-loop management in the city, and nucleic acid testing is carried out on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of home isolation, during which one person and one household are assigned code management, and it is forbidden to go out. For those who really need to go out for medical treatment and other reasons, they can go out only after being approved by the community (village) management personnel. Personal protection (wearing masks of KN95 or N95 and above) should be done throughout the whole process, and the community (village) should arrange a special car for closed-loop management. Do not have home isolation conditions, the implementation of centralized isolation management.

3. People who come (return) to the stream in other areas except high-risk areas shall be subject to the management of "five days, five inspections and five noes", and nucleic acid detection shall be carried out every day within five days after arriving in the stream, and health monitoring shall be done well. During this period, they shall not go out, have dinner, have parties, go to crowded public places or take public transportation unless necessary.

After the centralized isolation is lifted for 5 days at the first entry point, the territory will arrange a special person to transport it back to the place of residence in a closed loop in the province, and then carry out 3-day home isolation. Entry personnel who have completed 8-day centralized isolation at the first entry point shall be managed according to the classification of foreign (returning) personnel.
