National conscription (male soldiers) registration time: April10-August 5 (some counties (cities, districts) can extend the registration time appropriately according to the work progress). National conscription registration time (female soldier): June10-August 5.

After physical examination and political examination, he arrived at the army around September 10. September 1 is the national unified date of approval for enlistment.

Inspection procedures for male soldiers:

1. Register online. Log on to the National Recruitment Network (website:) and fill in the basic information to register. Military service registration must be conducted before applying for registration, which can be combined with online military service registration. Regarding the "place of application", fresh graduates and college students can choose the location of the school or the location of their permanent residence before entering the school, while other young people can only choose the location of their permanent residence;

2. Print the form. After the information is filled in completely, graduates and students of ordinary colleges and universities print the Registration Form for Students' Prerequisite Objects and the Application Form for College Students' Compensation for Tuition and National Student Loan. Fresh graduates and students of colleges and universities submit the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loan to the Armed Forces Department of their schools. After previous graduates of colleges and universities submit it to the financial aid management department of the original school for examination and seal, they will submit it together with the Registration Form for Students' Prerequisite to the military service organs at the county level where their permanent residence is located. Other young people print or download the Registration Form of Male Citizen military service registration/Application, and submit it to the Armed Forces Department of the township and street where the permanent residence is located. If the papers have been printed and submitted in military service registration, they will not be printed;

3. Preliminary inspection. According to the notice and arrangement of the military service organs, participate in the initial inspection and political examination;

4. Received the notice of the expropriated object. Among the young people who have passed the preliminary examination, the pre-requisitioned objects are selected and the pre-requisitioned objects are notified. College graduates and students who choose to return to the place where their permanent residence is located before enlistment shall go to the armed forces department of the school to receive the Registration Form for College Students' Pre-enlistment Objects and the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loans for Recruited College Students, and go back to the county-level military service organs where their permanent residence is located before the start of conscription and physical examination to register for enlistment.

5. Physical examination and political examination. From August 1, according to the arrangement of the military service organ where the conscript is located, he will take part in the physical examination and political examination on time, and those who meet the conditions will be approved to join the army on the basis of merit;

6. Preferential treatment policy. Those who are approved to join the army shall, in accordance with the requirements of the military service organs and civil affairs departments where they are approved to join the army, provide the account number and related materials of the designated bank in time in order to handle the preferential payments for conscripts; Graduates, students or parents of ordinary colleges and universities shall go to the former college student financial assistance management department for tuition compensation and national student loan compensation on the basis of the Notice of Enlistment and the Application Form for Tuition Compensation and National Student Loan for enlisted students in ordinary colleges and universities audited and sealed by the military service organ; 1 month, college graduates and students who are enlisted in the army at the school location shall be registered by their parents at the county-level military service organs and civil affairs departments where their household registration is located with the Notice of Citizen Recruitment before enlisting; Freshmen themselves or their parents hold the university admission notice, ID card (household registration book) and high school diploma, and go to the county-level conscription office where they join the army to receive and fill out the Application Form for Recruiting Freshmen in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and submit it to the county-level conscription office for unified application to retain their admission qualifications.

Inspection procedures for female soldiers:

1. Register online. Log on to the National Recruitment Network (website:) and fill in the basic information to register;

2. Identify the main candidates. After the registration deadline, the online registration system will automatically review the student status, calculate the relative score of the college entrance examination, and select the pre-selected objects from high to low according to the relative score of the college entrance examination in the province (application place) where the young women apply for household registration;

3. Print the form. The online registration system informs the primary candidates themselves by SMS, and the pre-selected candidates log in to the online registration system, print the Online Registration Review Form for Young Women Recruited, and print the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loan for College Students Recruited;

4. Preliminary inspection. According to the notice of the military service organ, the primary candidates will participate in the preliminary examination. According to the relative scores of the college entrance examination from high to low, three times the number of tasks collected is determined as the physical examination object;

5. Comprehensive evaluation. Combined with the physical examination, the comprehensive quality evaluation of the political thought, physical quality, cultural quality and enlistment motivation of the subjects was carried out by means of checking documents, on-site question and answer and physical fitness test.

6. Approved for enlistment. All eligible young women are approved to join the army in turn according to the order of comprehensive quality evaluation results from high to low;

7. Preferential policies. The same requirements as male soldiers.
