About mobile phone number downtime

There are three ways to report downtime: calling customer service, reporting downtime in business hall and reporting downtime in online business hall.

Call customer service to stop. You need the service password of your mobile phone number. If you forget the service password, you can send a short message CZMM to 10086 (mobile) or 100 10 (Unicom) and reset the password according to the prompt.

Log in to the online business hall with your mobile phone number and password (now you need to get the verification code). There is a user stop channel in the user center. Click in to operate.

If you are old and the first two operations are really inconvenient, then go to the nearest business hall, which is more convenient. Don't forget to bring your ID card!

In case of downtime, the operator will deduct the 5 yuan downtime insurance premium from the phone bill every month, and ensure that the phone bill balance is sufficient to deduct the expenses during downtime.
