What does shutdown mean?

Mobile phone service suspension refers to a function where the mobile phone operator stops the service and retains the number when the user's number is temporarily not in use, is out of service for a long time, or applies for suspension. There are generally three solutions to the suspension of mobile phone service:

1. The solution to suspension of service due to mobile phone arrears is to recharge the mobile phone.

2. After the mobile phone has applied for shutdown, it only needs to be restored. The operation steps are as follows:

(1) Log in to the mobile phone business hall and click the "Service" button below. As shown in the red box in the figure below;

(2) Enter the service interface and click "Process" on the left side of the interface, as shown in the red box in the figure below;

(3) In the basic business Select "Stop to protect your account/Restore" in the processing menu, as shown in the red box in the figure below;

(4) Enter the interface and click the green "Restore" button below to operate the restore.

3. If neither of the above situations is the case, then bring your ID card and mobile phone card to the business hall for processing.
