How does Pinduoduo delete the chat record?

There are two ways to delete chat records on this platform: single deletion and batch deletion.

1, single deletion: open the chat window on Pinduoduo APP, find the chat record to be deleted, press and hold the message bar, and then click "Delete" to pop up the menu.

2. Batch deletion: If you need to delete multiple chat records, you can click "…" in the upper right corner of the chat window and select "Delete all chat records with this merchant" or "Clear all chat records with this merchant".
