Where can I get mobile phone SIM cards and plans in Toronto?

If there isn’t one at the airport, don’t go there.

There are many downtown, Rogers, Bell is big, the signal is good, but expensive. Fido is owned by Rogers and is relatively cheap. Don’t buy a contract, just have a monthly plan and save money. Wind Mobile and Koodo are cheap small companies with cheap plans and poor signal, but if you are only in Toronto, you should be fine. International long distance calls are timed. Presto you don't need if you're in Toronto. If you buy metro pass at your school, there is a discount. But if you buy it at the TTC ticket office, you won’t have it. Unless you are still in junior high school/high school, you can buy a student card. It doesn’t require anything, but you need to have a TTC student card, and the school will apply for it for you
