You can log in to the mobile banking APP, click "My" → "Bank Card", select the card to be opened, and then click "Other →" SMS Service of China Merchants Bank "to inquire or open SMS notification service. 3 yuan/month/card (including three months before opening) is free, customers with sunflower level and above (reduced or exempted according to customer number), pension account and minimum living allowance account.

If SMS notification service has been activated, I can dial 95555 and select 3-5-9 to transfer to manual service for further verification.
