2022 New Changes in Anqing Residents' Medical Insurance Financing Standard (Anqing Residents' Medical Insurance Payment Standard 2020)

On July 8, 2022, the National Medical Insurance Bureau, the Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Basic Medical Security for Urban and Rural Residents in 2022.

First, the "Notice" requires a reasonable increase in the funding standards for residents' medical insurance.

1, the per capita financing standard has reached 960 yuan, among which, governments at all levels have further increased subsidies for residents' medical insurance contributions.

2. In 2022, the financial subsidy standard for residents' medical insurance participation will be increased by 30 yuan per capita, reaching no less than 6 10 yuan per person per year;

3, the corresponding synchronization to improve the individual payment standard 30 yuan, 350 yuan per person per year.

4, continue to set aside a certain amount from the residents' medical insurance fund for urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance fund, so that individuals can enjoy serious illness insurance benefits without additional payment, reducing the burden of high medical expenses.

Second, the Notice also emphasizes the liberalization of household registration restrictions for flexible employees such as employees in new forms of employment.

1, conscientiously implement the "Provisional Regulations on Residence Permits", stipulating that those who hold residence permits to participate in medical insurance for local residents shall be subsidized according to the same standards for local residents.

2. We should take measures to firmly grasp the bottom line of people's livelihood security, consolidate and expand the achievements of medical security in poverty alleviation, consolidate the function of medical assistance, and resolutely hold the bottom line of returning to poverty on a large scale without illness.
