It should be because you installed some software, which has nothing to do with the mobile phone.

I suggest you make a backup first and do it once.

Hard grid machine: turn it off first, while turning it on, press and hold the dial key, "*" key and "3" key and turn on the power until the word "NOKIA" appears.

If the problem persists after hard dialing, please try to put your card on another phone.
