The mobile phone is turned on Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth headset is also turned on, but I can't find it. What's the matter that the mobile phone can't find the Bluetooth headset?

If the mobile phone cannot search for other devices via Bluetooth, it is recommended that:

1. Check whether the mobile phone and other devices have turned on the Bluetooth function.

2. Check whether other devices with Bluetooth function can be searched, and rule out whether it is the Bluetooth compatibility problem of the other mobile phone or the Bluetooth setting problem.

3. Some mobile phones can set the Bluetooth visual function. Enter the Bluetooth setting interface to see if the mobile phone is visible to all devices.

4. Ensure that the distance between the device and another Bluetooth device is within the maximum Bluetooth range (10m).

5. Turn off the phone, restart it, and search again.

If it is invalid, please bring the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung service center for inspection.
