I can't. After Apple's mobile phone blacked out the other party, it won't receive "incoming calls", "short messages" and "FaceTime calls" from the contacts.

First, turn on the "dial-up" function of the mobile phone desktop.

Secondly, select "Address Book" and click Enter.

3. On the "Address Book" page, click "Contact" to enter.

4. Click "Block this calling number" below to proceed to the next step.

5. Finally, click "Block Contact" and you won't receive "incoming call", "short message" and "FaceTime call" from this contact.
