What is the process for fresh graduates to settle in Guangzhou?

The settlement process of fresh graduates is as follows:

1, book online

Those who meet the auction conditions need to make an online appointment first. There are two ways to make an appointment:

(1) Official website of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau

(2) Guangzhou Public Security WeChat official account → intelligent consultation and appointment platform for household administration business → "Receiving undergraduate and above graduates (non-local students)". See the red box below for the specific entrance;

After selecting "Receive fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above", check the required supporting materials, then click on online booking and follow the onscreen instructions.

After the application is successfully processed, you will receive a text message that the reservation application has passed.

If the applicant cancels the appointment after the successful appointment of household administration business, and cancels the appointment three times within a natural month, the appointment service will no longer be provided in that month.

Step 2 submit an application

Apply to the public security organ of the place to be registered in the order of registered household address (in the case of public houses, the public houses registered by the employer in the Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities shall prevail).

The person who intends to enter the household shall register the home address in the following order:

(1) Register at the address of the residential house where I or my immediate family members own property rights and live;

(two) I or immediate family members do not have their own residential housing, the residence of the government or the employer's residential housing address for registration;

(3) Those who do not have the above-mentioned residence can enter the household at work or in the human resources market (not required);

If you can't pass the above (1)(2) and don't choose item (3), go to the public collective household.

3. Public security examination and approval

The acceptance window is handled by the police. Public security examination and approval (the whole process takes 25 working days, and supplementary materials are not included in working days).

Has been accepted, print the "acceptance receipt" and "registered permanent residence notice".

4. Household registration

You need to make an appointment online when you settle down (the operation is the same as above, select "household registration"). After selecting "Home Registration", check the required proof materials, then click on the online reservation and follow the on-screen prompts.

After the application is successfully processed, you will receive a text message that the reservation application has passed.
