How to blacklist a phone number?

If you use a vivo phone, you can enter the phone/contact-long press a number-(more)-to join the blacklist.

After the contact is blacklisted, if the contact calls himself, there will be a prompt "The subscriber you dialed is busy, please redial later".

When a contact is blacklisted, calls and text messages from that contact will be blocked.
