The service fee for messaging services is deducted from your bank card. It is free for the first month of activation, and the service fee for the next month will be deducted from the 2nd of the month. If the deduction is unsuccessful, the system will send a notification the next day, requiring the customer to deposit before the end of the month, and batch deductions will be made at the end of the month. If the account funds are still insufficient for deduction on the last day of the month, the message service business of the account will be stopped from next month. The customer has applied for an Agricultural Bank of China quasi-credit card and has activated the overdraft function and SMS service. If the funds in the customer's account are zero, the system will not automatically deduct the SMS monthly fee for overdraft.
