The "Implementation Measures" require that the online ordering platform included in the subsidy must meet three conditions at the same time:

The third is an online contactless ordering service area, which can guide consumers to conduct contactless ordering. The online contactless food ordering service area must disclose contactless food delivery service measures, policy commitments to exempt or reduce consumer order delivery fees, publicize the setting up of contactless self-pickup points, and publish the list of catering processing and supply units. Online food ordering platforms that meet the above conditions can submit applications to the local county market supervision department.

The following process will be followed for the fulfillment of the subsidy policy: the online food ordering platform submits the "Contactless Food Delivery Financial Subsidy Approval Form" to the county market supervision and management department on a monthly basis.
