Which business hall in Zhengzhou can cancel my Unicom number?

If your number is from Zhengzhou, and there is no number restriction such as contract, the owner of the post-paid number can cancel the account in the local business hall. Post-paid users (including post-paid network cards) should go through cancellation procedures:

1. Individual user: the owner himself shows the original valid ID card in his business hall;

2. Unit users: they must show the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager to go to their own business hall;

For account cancellation, the user is required to be outside the agreement period and pay off the arrears. After the account is officially cancelled, the prepaid phone bill can be refunded, but the prepaid, grant and phone bill charged by a card cannot be refunded.
