(5) sending obscene, insulting, threatening or other information for many times, which interferes with the normal life of others;

(6) peeping, taking candid photos, eavesdropping or spreading others' privacy.

Legal basis

Article 293 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China * * * Whoever commits one of the following acts of provoking trouble and disrupting social order shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention or public surveillance: (1) beating others at will, if the circumstances are bad; (2) Chasing, intercepting, insulting or intimidating others, and the circumstances are bad; (three) extort or arbitrarily damage or occupy public or private property, and the circumstances are serious; (four) in public places, causing serious disorder in public places. Whoever gathers others to commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph for many times and seriously undermines social order shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than ten years and may also be fined.

Article 42 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment commits one of the following acts, and shall be detained for not more than 5 days or fined for not more than 5 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 5 days and less than 1 days, and may also be fined as follows by 5 yuan: (1) writing threatening letters or threatening the personal safety of others by other means;
