Why does 9 100 SMS automatically generate MMS?

As long as the information content exceeds 2 10 words, that is, the amount of three short messages, it will be automatically converted into MMS and sent out. Now I installed 360 mobile phone guards and connected the computer with data cables. I can send a short message with super-large content through computer operation, but the phone will still show that sending failed. You need to select "resend" on your mobile phone, so that the extra-long content will not be sent as a multimedia message.
