How does oppo mobile phone directly transfer mobile phone files to the computer?

When the OPPO mobile phone is connected to the computer to export data, please try the following operations: 1. First, open the USB on the OPPO mobile phone for debugging: enter the settings-about the mobile phone, find the version number and click 10 times to open the developer option.

If you keep clicking, you will be prompted "You are in developer mode, you don't need to do this".
