Article 7 Citizens recruited for active service must love the Communist Party of China (CPC), the socialist countries and the people's army, abide by the law, have good moral character, and be determined to bravely resist aggression, defend the motherland and the people's peaceful labor.

(seven) participated in cult organizations or activities, participated in harmful martial arts organizations or actively participated in activities;

Major family members, immediate family members, major social relations members or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are backbone members of cults or harmful martial arts organizations;

(eight) I or major family members, immediate family members to participate in ethnic separatism, violence, terror, religious extremism and other illegal organizations, criminal gangs or activities with the nature of the underworld;

Article 9 In addition to the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of these Provisions, recruits recruited by units with special requirements for political conditions shall not be recruited under any of the following circumstances;

(a) sympathy or support for illegal organizations or illegal activities in words and deeds;

(two) listening to and watching foreign reactionary radio, television and other media, transmitting reactionary propaganda materials and obscene articles, influenced by ideas, is unclear;

(three) there are bad behaviors such as stealing, fighting, drinking and causing trouble;

(nine) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are being investigated and dealt with for suspected illegal crimes, or are being investigated, prosecuted or tried;

(10) The main family members, immediate family members, members with major social relations or other relatives who have a great influence on me have participated in illegal organizations such as ethnic separatism, violence, terror, religious extremism, and criminal gangs of underworld nature or have already carried out activities;

(eleven) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are the backbone or diehards of cults and harmful martial arts organizations;

(twelve) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have a great influence on me endanger national security or have serious political problems;

(thirteen) other circumstances that do not meet the requirements of special political conditions.

Article 10 When an applicant applies at the place where his permanent residence is located, his household registration, date of birth, time of entering the household and citizen ID number shall be subject to the items registered in the household registration book.

Full-time college students who voluntarily enlist in the army and fresh graduates of higher vocational and technical schools (colleges) who enroll as non-commissioned officers shall enlist (enlist) in the counties (cities, districts) where their schools are located.

Article 11 The determination of the education level of citizens eligible for enlistment shall be based on the graduation certificate issued by the school in accordance with the standards and regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education.

Article 12 The determination of the membership and league membership of citizens eligible for enlistment shall be based on the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" and "Volunteer Letter for Joining the League" issued by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, as well as the relationship between the Party and the League.
