First, take the initiative to report the trip.

The above-mentioned personnel are requested to report to their communities and units immediately, and cooperate to take epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement and code detection, nucleic acid certificate inspection, isolated medical observation or health monitoring.

Second, it meets epidemic prevention requirements.

The entry personnel received at least 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation in the first entry city, and returned to Henan in line with the conditions. In the past 14 days, people who have lived in high-risk areas and have crossed with the published positive cases are advised to postpone coming to Henan. People from other areas should report to their units and communities three days in advance and return to Henan with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate.

Third, arrange the trip reasonably.

In view of the current epidemic situation, please pay close attention to the epidemic information in various regions of China, and suggest reducing cross-provincial travel. Unless necessary, don't go to high-and medium-risk areas and areas with local epidemics.

Fourth, strengthen health monitoring.

Always pay attention to the health status of individuals and family members. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, diarrhea, etc. Please don't take medicine by yourself. Wear a mask and go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution for investigation and treatment as soon as possible. Sixth, complete vaccination as soon as possible.
