Can I activate international roaming by calling 10086?

No. There are only two ways to apply: SMS activation and online activation.

1. SMS activation:

To activate the 30-day international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan roaming function: GMKT30; to activate the 180-day international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan roaming function: GMKT180; to activate the long-term international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan roaming function Function: GMKT; Cancel international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan roaming function: GMQX.

2. Online activation: China Mobile International/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan websites can be activated
