1. Register as a Fetion user, download the Fetion PC client, and use the basic functions of the PC client for free.

2. Send messages to friends for free through the Fetion PC client. Send short messages to Fetion friends and charge short message fees. The charging standard is the same as all brands (such as M-Zone).

3. Use WAP client and mobile phone client, log in to Fetion to communicate with friends, and charge according to the actual GPRS traffic. The charging standard is the same as the current GPRS charging standard. (Note: WAP client can log in to Monternet via mobile phone and select "Mo Xin Life" to log in to WAP page. 4. Use your mobile phone to make voice calls with Fetion friends and charge IVR voice calls. Every day from 8: 00 am to 8: 00 pm 18: 00 pm (when busy), 0.25 yuan per minute at other time periods.15 yuan. If you roam, you will be charged at 0.5 yuan per minute. Fetion mobile phone voice calls, whether long-distance or local, are charged according to this standard, but are not included in the preferential package of local brands.

5. When China mobile users roam internationally, they can use Fetion service normally regardless of PC client, mobile phone client and SMS client. Charge the corresponding fees according to the international standard tariffs of local GPRS, point-to-point SMS and call.
