1, check whether the mobile phone is in arrears.

2. Open the SMS settings and check whether the service center number is normal.

3. Check whether the local signal is normal. You can try to receive short messages with other mobile phones.

4. Open the mobile phone security center, click to clear the mobile phone cache, and then shut down and restart.
