Universal Studios North Transportation Hub is located on the north side of the Cultural Tourism Zone of the Sub-center, adjacent to Wansheng South Street in the north and adjacent to Qunfang Station of Metro Line 7. The land area of the hub is about 2.2 hectares, the plot ratio is 2.1, the building height is 24 meters (45 meters locally), and the total construction area is about 84,7 square meters, of which the hub part is about 12,2 square meters and the integrated development part is about 7,4 square meters.
