The Measures for the Administration of Government Procurement Information Release refers to government procurement information that should be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations on government procurement, such as public bidding announcement, prequalification announcement, single-source procurement announcement, bid-winning announcement, government procurement contract announcement, and government procurement supervision information such as complaint handling results, supervision and inspection handling results, and centralized procurement agency review results. The release of government procurement information should follow the principles of unified format, relatively centralized channels and easy access.

Article 4 The release of government procurement information shall follow the principles of uniform format, relatively centralized channels and easy retrieval and acquisition.

Article 5 The Ministry of Finance shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of government procurement laws and administrative regulations, guide and coordinate the release of government procurement information throughout the country, and supervise and manage the government procurement information release activities of central budget units.

The financial departments of local people's governments at all levels (hereinafter referred to as the financial departments) shall supervise and manage the government procurement information release activities of the budget units at the corresponding level.
