China Bank's corporate online banking U shield is all locked. What do I need to bring to open the bank?

If the password of USBKey is entered incorrectly for 5 consecutive times, the CA certificate of USBKey will be automatically locked and the system will not be automatically unlocked. Please bring: a copy of the valid ID card of the handling person, the original and copy of the valid ID card of the handling person, the original certificate of other units such as the company's power of attorney, and USBKEY (all materials need to be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise customer or reserved seal) to the account opening bank to apply for "replacement", and download the updated certificate on the online banking login page of the enterprise.
