In order to maintain the normal order of lawyers' legal service fees in our city after liberalization, and ensure that they are "released without chaos", relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Since April 1, 218, lawyers' legal service fees in our city have been fully regulated by the market. Second, after the liberalization of lawyers' legal service fees, all law firms should strictly abide by the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prices, the Measures for the Administration of Law Firms and the Measures for the Administration of Lawyers' Practice of the Ministry of Justice and other laws, regulations and rules, establish and improve the system of fee management and financial management, strictly implement the system of clearly marked prices, and provide clients with qualified services at reasonable prices. Do not take advantage of the dominant position to force services, compulsory fees, or only charge for no services, overcharge for less services. It is strictly forbidden to collude with price increases, malicious low prices and price fraud and other unfair competition behaviors. Three, the municipal and district judicial administrative organs and lawyers associations (joint meeting) should strengthen the supervision and management of law firms and lawyers' legal service activities. The judicial administrative organs and lawyers' associations shall, according to their respective functions and powers, investigate and deal with the cases in accordance with laws and regulations, and effectively safeguard the order of the legal service market in the capital, in violation of the provisions of the law firm's unified acceptance of entrustment, signing of written entrustment contracts or charging contracts, violation of the provisions of the unified collection of lawyers' legal service fees and handling travel expenses, failure to issue legal bills for lawyers' legal service fees, and failure to submit valid certificates for clients' handling fees or handling travel expenses. 4.
