Notice on adjusting and optimizing the medical services of high-risk areas, isolated places and personnel with "yellow code" health code during the epidemic in COVID-19.

In order to effectively protect the medical service needs of high-risk areas, isolated places and people with health code "yellow code" in COVID-19 during the epidemic prevention and control period, the relevant work arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

First, critically ill patients

Based on the principle of emergency and proximity, the ambulance was transferred from 120 to a medical institution with corresponding diagnosis and treatment capabilities for treatment.

Second, non-critical patients

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cancer Hospital and Hohhot Maternal and Child Health Hospital are designated as "Yellow Code Hospitals", which are mainly responsible for the diagnosis and treatment services of high-risk areas, isolated places and people with yellow code health codes. Hohhot Maternal and Child Health Hospital undertakes the diagnosis and treatment services for pregnant women and children, and Inner Mongolia Cancer Hospital undertakes the diagnosis and treatment services for patients other than pregnant women and children.

In principle, local authorities will transfer people with COVID-19-related symptoms such as fever to medical institutions with fever clinics. When the local negative pressure ambulance is insufficient, it will be dispatched by 120 medical emergency command center. Other high-risk areas, isolated places, and people with yellow health codes will be transported in a "point-to-point" closed loop by the transportation team of the Community Prevention and Control Office.

People in low-risk areas with green health codes can choose hospitals other than the Fourth Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the First Hospital of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Cancer Hospital and Hohhot Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
