Article 70 If the contact telephone number and address of the driver of a motor vehicle are changed, or the information of the employer of the driver who holds the driver's license of a large bus, tractor, city bus, medium bus or large truck is changed, it shall be filed with the vehicle management office where the driver's license is issued within 30 days after the information is changed.
