4. At this time, you will enter the interface of self-service unsealing. First, you need to enter a mobile phone number that can send short messages. Remember, it's best to enter the mobile phone number of the person who helped unseal it directly here.

5. Then use this mobile phone number to send the designated short message to the designated number. After sending, click "I have sent SMS, next message".

6. At this point, the system will verify whether the short message has been sent. If it has been sent, enter the next step of self-service unsealing, and a WeChat user is needed to help unseal it. Enter the mobile phone number bound by the other party's WeChat here.

7. After notifying the other party to help unseal, the other party must first log in to the personal WeChat account and click the magnifying glass.

8. Then search for "WeChat Team" and click Open.

9. Then click "self-help tool" in the chat interface.
