3. Please check whether the message notification switch is turned on in the details of Huawei Health App equipment. You need to select the application switch to push the message in the message notification interface.

4. Please check whether the bracelet is turned on do not disturb mode. In order to avoid disturbing you, messages will not be pushed in do not disturb mode. Please click on the connected device on the Sports Health App device page to enter the wearable product settings page to confirm whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on at present.

5. The message push function can only push the information pushed to the status bar of the mobile phone to the wearable device. Please make sure that the message can be pushed to the status bar of the mobile phone.

Android users (taking EMUI 9.0 as an example): Open the phone settings >; Find the corresponding application in the notification center, turn on the notification permission switch, and notify "Display on the status bar&; Banner &; The lock screen notification switch is turned on.

IOS users: select phone settings > notification, select the appropriate application, turn on the switch to allow notification, and ensure that the notification center switch is turned on.

6. Please add Huawei Health App to the background protection.

Huawei mobile phone: turn on the application self-start and associated start switch in the mobile phone housekeeper > rights management, and set >: battery > turn off the sports health switch in the lock screen cleaning application; If you can't find sports health on the homepage of Huawei mobile phone housekeeper, it means that sports health has been added to the white list of background protection by default, and no additional settings are needed, but please confirm whether other housekeeper applications are installed on your mobile phone, such as 360, QQ Butler, Tencent Butler, Cheetah, Master Lu, etc. If there are other housekeeping applications, please add sports health to the protected background application.

7.
