The operating method of modeling and rendering Minions flying saucer with C4D.

I wonder how C4D can make a minion flying saucer? It doesn't matter if you don't know. Bunny is here to share with C4D an operation method of modeling and rendering Minions UFO. Come and study together. If you want to know more about the use of "C4D", please click on "C4D Course", with high-definition video and teacher's teaching, which makes self-study easier.

The operating method of modeling and rendering Minions flying saucer with C4D.

1. Make the disk 1. Create a new "sphere" in perspective mode.

2. In the sphere object window in the lower right corner, select the object and change the segmentation to "50".

3. In perspective mode, press the c key to convert the "sphere" into an editable object. Press T to switch to the zoom tool and flatten the sphere.

4. In the top view mode, use the real-time selection tool to select the face as shown in the figure.

5. In perspective mode, right-click the blank and select Extrude from the drop-down menu.

6. Referring to the right view and perspective view, hold down the Ctrl key and drag it down to a certain height.

7. Adjust the layer naming and rename the "sphere" to "disk".

Second, make a protective sleeve 1. In perspective mode, create a new "sphere".

2. In the sphere object window in the lower right corner, change the segment to "80" and the type to "Hemisphere".

Tips: The perspective effect is shown in the figure below.

3. Select the simulated cloth in the menu bar and add a "cloth surface".

4. Adjust the layer naming, rename the "sphere" as "protective cover" and drag it into the "cloth surface" to make it a subset of the "cloth surface".

5. In the cloth surface window in the lower right corner, change the thickness to "3cm".

6. Combine the four views, press E to switch to the adjustment position of the mobile tool, and press T to switch to the zoom tool to adjust the size.

Third, the production and decoration 1. In perspective mode, create a new "pipe".

2. In the pipeline window in the lower right corner, adjust the inner diameter, outer diameter and height. At the same time, check the "fish fillet".

3. Temporarily close all layers and create a new "sphere" in perspective mode.

4. In the sphere object window in the lower right corner, change the line segment to "100".

5. Add a "clone" effector. Drag the sphere into the clone to make it a subset of the clone.

Tips: The perspective effect is shown in the figure below.

6. In the cloned object window in the lower right corner, change the mode to "radiation", the quantity to "10" and the plane to "XZ".

7. Select the Sphere object and change the radius to "2.3" in the sphere object window in the lower right corner.

8. Create a new "sphere". In the sphere object window in the lower right corner, change the radius to "9.2 15" and the type to "Hemisphere".

Tips: The perspective effect is shown in the figure below.

9. Create a new spiral. In the spiral object window in the lower right corner, change the starting radius to 5, the starting angle to 0, the ending radius to 0, the ending angle to 1887, the height to 30, and the plane to XZ.

10. Create a new "circle", change the radius to "0.2", then create a new "scan", and drag "spiral" and "circle" into "scan" to make it a subset of "scan".

1 1. Create a new "sphere".

12. Press t to switch to the zoom tool for resizing, and press e to switch to the mobile tool for resizing. The effect is shown in the figure below.

13. In the sphere object window in the lower right corner, select "Show Pass".

Tips: The perspective effect is shown in the figure below.

4. Placement model 1. Place the material "Minions" in the perspective view.

2. Press the E key to switch to the adjustment position of the mobile tool, press the T key to switch to the zoom tool to adjust the size, and adjust the position of the hand at the same time. The effect is shown in the figure below.

3. Drag the material balls of Minions to the UFO respectively.

Tips: Build a simple scene, and the rendered effect is shown in the following figure.
