Remarks:

1. Newly activated Shenzhouxing public card numbers from 0:00 on May 17, 2011 will be subject to the new tariff standards.

2. Old Shenzhouxing public card customers who have been activated/effective before 0:00 on May 17, 2011 will still be charged the original tariff.
