How to export the information from Samsung s6 mobile phone to the computer?

If you want to import and export SMS messages to your computer, please do the following:

1. Install the intelligent switch software in the computer. The phone and computer can't be connected when Smart Switch software is installed.

2. Connect the mobile phone to the computer through the data cable and open the Smart Switch software. After the connection is successful, click the backup/restore function in the Kies software. If there is a short message option, click Backup and Restore.

3. Because not all models can back up short messages through Smart Switch software. If your mobile phone does not support this operation, it is recommended that you back up the SMS to your computer through third-party software.
